1.Sale Deposit - Minimum 15% of the purchase price.

2.If the purchaser decides to return the animal to this business within 3 days of sale, for any reason not supported by a statement from a veterinary practitioner, the business will take the animal back and refund 75% of the purchase price.

3.If the purchaser decides to return the animal to this business within 21 days of sale accompanied by a statement from a veterinary practitioner that the animal is unacceptable for health reasons, the business will take the animal back and refund 100% of the purchase price.

4.If the animal is diagnosed with, suffering from, dies or is euthanised from a disease that is traceable to this business, within 3 years of purchase, the business will refund 100% of the purchase price where the owner of the animal provides supporting statements from a veterinary practitioner.

5.All pups remain the property of ‘Crystal Creek Kennels Pty Ltd’ until such time as the full purchase price has been paid.

6.Full payment is required prior to OR on the pre-arranged collection day of your pup.

7.Maximum collection date of the pup is strictly at 8 weeks old.

8.Puppies not collected at or prior to the 8-week allocated collection date will incur a $20 daily boarding fee for feeding and handling.

INTERSTATE CUSTOMERS

All puppies purchased from outside of the state of Victoria must make independent travel and insurance arrangements including collection of your new pup from our place of business. We recommend using either Jet Pets, Dogtainers or Aero Pets as reputable pet carriers.

Please note: Any pups travelling prior to 8 weeks old will require a mandatory ‘Vet Health Check’ as a fit-to-fly clearance certificate for your preferred carrier which is at a cost of $150 payable by the buyer and will be supplied to the carrier of your choice.
